The master disk has been sent to the factory for pressing, and the game is well on track for its October 22 launch.<\/p>\n<p>New Vegas has been developed by Obsidian Entertainment; a developer formed from the ashes of the original Fallout creator Black Isles Studios. Many old school Fallout fans were unhappy when Bethesda bought the rights to the iconic franchise, and picked up development on Fallout 3 using its own in house studio.
