Over the last few weeks many broadband Internet service providers reduced the prices of their fixed broadband products.<\/p>\n

In the latest round of price cuts,\u00a0MWEB slashed\u00a0the prices<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0of nine of its fibre-to-the-home products, and added five new FTTH offerings.<\/p>\n

This followed\u00a0an announcement by Telkom<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0that it had reduced the prices of its fibre-to-the-home packages.<\/p>\n

Telkom\u2019s FTTH prices now range from R699 per month for the 10Mbps, 50GB package, to R1,599 for the 100Mbps, 200GB package.<\/p>\n

The table below provides an overview of how the latest capped FTTH prices of Telkom and MWEB stack up against each other.<\/p>\n
