As we celebrate the birthday of the Xbox One in South Africa next month, it’s only fair that we recap on the console\u2019s past year on the market and take a look at what is to come in the current months ahead.<\/p>\n
The Xbox One released in SA on September 23rd, 2014, at the recommended retail price of R6, 299.00<\/strong> for the standalone bundle, and R7, 999.00<\/strong> for the Kinect Bundle.<\/p>\n The console launched with every game that released prior to the console\u2019s launch in SA, except physical copies of Titanfall<\/em>.<\/p>\n The Xbox One then received a price drop<\/a> in July of this year, lowering the standard price of the 500 GB console by R800<\/strong>, to R5, 499.00<\/strong>.
