What about\u00a0<em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.moddb.com\/mods\/nehrim-at-fates-edge\" target=\"_blank\">Nehrim: At Fate&#8217;s Edge<\/a>, <\/em>a total conversion mod for <em>Oblivion<\/em>?<\/p>\n<p>Well, SureAI, the same team behind this mod is back with\u00a0<em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.moddb.com\/mods\/enderal\" target=\"_blank\">Skyrim Enderal<\/a>,<\/em>\u00a0or <em>Enderal: The Shards of Order<\/em>,<em>\u00a0\u00a0<\/em>a total conversion mod for <em>Skyrim.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>SureAI are a truly professional German hobbyist group who can be likened to a full-on game studio, even having their own offices in Munich, Germany.<\/p>\n<p>Their previous mod, <em>Nehrim<\/em>, won the coveted <a href=\"http:\/\/www.moddb.com\/events\/2010-mod-of-the-year-awards\/features\/editors-choice-best-singleplayer-mod-2010\" target=\"_blank\">Best Singleplayer Mod<\/a> in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.moddb.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">MoDB&#8217;s<\/a> of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.moddb.com\/events\/2010-mod-of-the-year-awards\/winners\" target=\"_blank\">Mod of the Year Awards 2010<\/a>, which shows that this modding group knows what they&#8217;re doing.<\/p>\n<p>When interviewed by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pcgamer.com\/the-making-of-the-biggest-skyrim-mod-ever\/\" target=\"_blank\">PCGamer<\/a>, SureAI&#8217;s Nico Lietzau\u00a0had this to say in regards to\u00a0<em>Skyrim Enderal<\/em>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Enderal is almost as big as <em>Skyrim<\/em>. There are a lot of areas to explore. In terms of exteriors, there are different climate zones: a desert, a forest, heathlands, mountains, all with different vegetation and climates, there\u2019s a lot going on. And of course there are many, many dungeons.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Not only that, but <em>Skyrim Enderal\u00a0<\/em>much like <i>Nehrim\u00a0<\/i>is an overhaul of\u00a0<em>Skyrim\u00a0<\/em>bringing with it a new story, themes, political plot-lines and appears visually distinct from the vanilla\u00a0<em>Skyrim\u00a0<\/em>experience.<\/p>\n<p>The world of\u00a0<em>Skyrim Enderal\u00a0<\/em>is its own separate universe, with a unique mythos and lore which really changes up the way you play this from normal\u00a0<em>Skyrim.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>If you were wondering what the game actually looks and plays like, fret no more. <em>SureAI\u00a0<\/em>with the help of YouTuber\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/user\/derfrankwpt\" target=\"_blank\">Frank Sirius<\/a> showed off some alpha footage of the mod, which can be watched below:<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/zx-hNUXwXTo\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The alpha footage gives us a look at how the world of\u00a0<em>Skyrim Enderal <\/em>exists and what direction SureAI is taking it.<\/p>\n<p>The detailed character models, unique dialogue and a variety of different environments in a Gothic setting really sets this apart from other total conversion mods.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, the release date for the mod hasn&#8217;t been confirmed, but it is supposed to happen this year. Hopefully it will happen this year.<\/p>\n<p>But for the moment, we can&#8217;t wait to see more goodness from this awesome mod.
