Crystal Dynamics has finally made good on their promise to implement online co-op in Lara Croft and the Guardian of light, even if it is only for the Xbox 360 so far. The online co-op mode has been sorely lacking from the title, which has received good reviews despite the missing feature. Co-op updates to the PC and PSN versions are “coming later, stay tuned.”<\/p>\n
Crystal Dynamics originally planned to implement co-op alongside the PC and PSN release of the game, which launched at the end of September 2010, but clearly someone dropped the ball.<\/p>\n
Announced via a tweet Crystal Dynamics confirmed that online co-op<\/a> will be implemented via a patch on 27 October 2010. They also indicated that the first DLC pack for the game will be launched on the same day, and for free as a way of saying “thanks for your patience.”<\/p>\n From October to December the downloadable Lara Croft campaign continues with 5 packs available across all formats. The first three are expansion packs feature a combination of all new puzzle, exploration and combat experiences and new areas to explore.
