aesthetically.<\/p>\n<p>Capcom has always been able to conjure up evocative designs and themes for their <em>Street Fighter<\/em> series, particularly of late \u2013 <em>Street Fighter IV<\/em> and its many incarnations looked fantastic.<\/p>\n<p>Just some of the character artwork for <em>Street Fighter V<\/em> alone will show you exactly what we mean:<\/p>\n\n\t\t<style promises to be a graphical treat.<\/p>\n<p>A simple perusal of some recent screenshots shows off the detail of each environment and character, and there\u2019s an awful lot of particle effects and post-processing going on too.<\/p>\n<p>Each strike, blow and throw whips up an assortment of visual effects, all of which amalgamate into one impressive looking fighter.<\/p>\n<p><a result of Capcom\u2019s foray into visually demanding fighters, the recommended requirements for the PC version of <em>Street Fighter<\/em> <em>V<\/em> are nothing to sneeze at \u2013 neither are some of the minimum requirements for that matter.<\/p>\n<p><u>Processor<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum: Intel Core i3-4160 @ 3.60GHz<\/li>\n<li><strong>Recommended:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Intel Core i5-4690K @3.50GHz<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Memory<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum: 6 GB DDR3<\/li>\n<li><strong>Recommended: 8 GB DDR3<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Graphics<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum: Nvidia GTX 480 (or higher)\n<ul>\n<li>Nvidia GTX 570 (or higher)<\/li>\n<li>Nvidia GTX 670 (or higher)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Recommended: GTX 960<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We\u2019d just like to point out that 6GB of memory as a minimum requirement is a rather iffy prospect. That tells us that Capcom hasn\u2019t quite optimised the game like we\u2019d like them to \u2013 it\u2019s a little too high for a fighter.<\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s not enough going on in the background of the game to justify 6GB of RAM as a minimum requirement. <em>The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt<\/em> asks for 6GB and <em>Dragon Age: Inquisition<\/em>, a far more complex game by comparison, only asks for 4GB as a minimum requirement.<\/p>\n<p>And just to clarify things a little, the AMD equivalent of the GTX 960, the R9\u00a0380, should work just fine for <em>Street Fighter V<\/em>. After all, it\u2019s a slightly faster card and the consoles use a very similar graphical architecture to the R9\u00a0380.<\/p>\n<p>You can grab a Radeon R9\u00a0380 for <strong>R3, 473<\/strong> at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wootware.co.za\/sapphire-radeon-dual-x-r9-380-2gb-gddr5-256-bit-pci-express-3-0-desktop-graphics-card.html\" target=\"_blank\">Wootware<\/a> and <strong>R3, 573<\/strong> at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rebeltech.co.za\/r9-series\/10629-sapphire-sapphire-radeon-r9-380-2gb-gddr5-pci-express-30-nitro-edition-sapphire-radeon-r9-380-nitro-edition-2gb-256bit-gddr5-cor.html\" target=\"_blank\">RebelTech<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The recommended GTX 960 will set you back <strong>R3, 337<\/strong> if purchased at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rebeltech.co.za\/geforce-gtx-900-series\/10546-gigabyte-gigabyte-geforce-gtx-960-2gb-gddr5-pci-express-30-gigabyte-geforce-gtx-960-gv-n960oc-2gd-oc-edition-2gb-128bit-gddr5-co.html\" target=\"_blank\">RebelTech<\/a> and <strong>R3, 299<\/strong> at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wootware.co.za\/galax-96nph8dvd9xx-geforce-gtx-960-exoc-2048mb-gddr5-128-bit-pci-express-3-0-desktop-graphics-card.html\" target=\"_blank\">Wootware<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Let us make ourselves clear Capcom, you had better not drop the ball with another PC port.
