October is set to be a massive month for gaming<\/a>, and with so many titles coming our way, expectations are at an all time high.<\/p>\n

Here’s the 3 games we hope most live up to the hype.<\/p>\n

That’s not to say we don’t want every game that releases to meet our expectations, but even when all games are equal, some are more equal than others. Catch our drift?<\/p>\n

Transformers: Devastation<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We\u2019ve certainly had some fun with the Transformers<\/em> games that released alongside the big-screen counterparts, but no game has truly captured the nostalgia and vivid visuals of the G1 cartoon, until now that is.<\/p>\n

Transformers: Devastation<\/em> is an upcoming beat-\u2019em-up action game based on the original Transformers<\/em> cartoon series from the ’80s.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s even better is that the talented, and perhaps crazy, minds at Platinum Games (Metal Gear Rising Revengeance<\/em>, Bayonetta<\/em>) are developing this one.<\/p>\n

Players will be able to control one of five Autobots: Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Sideswipe, Wheeljack and Grimlock as they battle against Decepticon forces in large 3D environments. We\u2019re ready to roll out for this one.<\/p>\n
