creepers and creatures"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The first week of October\u00a0has already gotten off to a bang with some big game releases, but things are just getting warmed up, as some more heavy-hitters come our way this week including some franchise spin-offs, expansions and RPGs heading our way.<\/p>\n<p>Here are our picks for the biggest games launching the week:<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"my-4\"><strong>Minecraft: Story Mode\u00a0\u2013 Episode 1: The Order of the Stone &#8211; October 13<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>(Xbox 360, PS3,\u00a0Xbox One, PS4, PC, PS Vita, Android, iOS)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>If you thought <em>Minecraft<\/em> was fun but lacked a little bit of narrative direction, you\u2019ll be pretty excited for <em>Minecraft: Story Mode<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>The upcoming game is an all-new narrative-driven game series developed by Telltale (of <em>The Walking Dead<\/em> and <em>Tales from the Borderlands<\/em> fame) in collaboration with Mojang.<\/p>\n<p>Set in the world of\u00a0<em>Minecraft<\/em>, the episodic series will feature an original story, driven by player choice.<\/p>\n<p>This looks pretty interesting, and with the voice talents of Patton Oswalt, Ashley Johnson and Catherine Taber on-board, this is building up to be a real blockbuster.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Sb7D8APneOA?rel=0\" width=\"600\" height=\"336\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"my-4\"><strong>The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt &#8211;
