Being grounded, and the entire planet knowing about it. Justin May, the 20-year old accused of trying to swipe Atomic Games&rsquo; unreleased game Breach off the show floor during the PAX East expo in March, and who subsequently<a href=\"http:\/\/www.joystiq.com\/2010\/03\/30\/breach-thief-jumps-bail-currently-playing-modern-warfare-2\/\" target=\"_blank\"> skipped bail <\/a>to play Modern Warfare 2 online, has been put on pre-trial probation in Boston.<\/p>\n<p>According to local Attorney Press Secretary Jake Wark, the conditions of May&rsquo;s probation include staying in school, not reoffending, staying off &ldquo;Xbox LIVE web sites&rdquo; (whatever that&rsquo;s supposed to mean, noobs), as well as the forfeiture of his PC. Assuming May complies, the case will be dismissed in 18 months, or he&rsquo;ll be back on trial. Or, in the popular vernacular, &ldquo;consequences will never be the same&rdquo;.<\/p>\n<p>That bit about staying in school seems particularly relevant. The game he wanted must surely have been Splash Damage&rsquo;s Brink, not Breach.
