<\/a>Notice me senpai, notice me!<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n Guerrilla Games haven\u2019t produced any intellectual property other than the Killzone <\/em>series (and the crappy Shellshock: Nam \u201967<\/em>).<\/p>\n Whilst I didn\u2019t particularly enjoy the drab, grayscale shooters (other than Shadow Fall<\/em>), this title is looking awe-inspiring and very colourful.<\/p>\n Hopefully, this team\u2019s first attempt at a role-playing game will be nothing short of incredible. At a cursory glance, it certainly looks it.<\/p>\n Ginger is going to need your maximized efforts if she\u2019s going to make it through this one. <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n Obviously, a daring project such as this was flagged as highly risky by team members.<\/p>\n Nevertheless, a team of twenty developers began exploring about twenty different stories, with Fallout: New Vegas\u2019 <\/em>lead writer John Gonzalez heading the discourse.<\/p>\n The odds seem overwhelming; those arrows better pack a punch.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n Horizon Zero Dawn <\/em>has been described as an action role-playing game which revolves around a young lass called Aloy.<\/p>\n With her mechanical bow she takes down massive cybernetic dinosaurs, among other robotic creatures that roam the beautiful wilderness.<\/p>\n Our heroine with her vicious arsenal. I want to explore that wasted city behind her so badly!<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n From explosive arrows, to arrows with cables attached which pin the futuristic-prehistoric behemoths down, Aloy will have a tasty selection of projectiles in her quiver.<\/p>\n After dismantling the mecha-dinos, Aloy can then loot the scrapped reptilian Evangelions for valuable resources.<\/p>\n The RPG elements of the game have been compared to that of Skyrim <\/em>and Assassin\u2019s Creed<\/em>.<\/p>\n There are a variety of ways that Aloy can take her foes down. These include setting traps such as tripwires, feathering enemies with arrows, explosive melee action and stealthy takedowns.<\/p>\n The intricacy of enemies is astounding.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n New items and weapons can be crafted from looted and discovered resources scattered across the world, which will be entirely open to the player’s whim.<\/p>\n Free roaming this gorgeous environment will take up the time between missions. There will be a day-night cycle and, get this, no loading screens<\/em>!<\/p>\n There will be no tutorials – according to developers \u2013 players will have to use intuition and creativity to beat challenges and find their own groove in gameplay which is completely excellent!<\/p>\n This means that much trial-and-error and compensation will be required.<\/p>\n Use your head to take down more versatile enemies.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n Developers are utilizing Killzone: Shadow Fall\u2019s <\/em>engine for their bold new title. I was very impressed with how beautiful Shadow Fall<\/em> looked, and how smoothly it ran, so you can be assured this titles\u2019 foundations are in good hands.<\/p>\n Jurassic Park: 40’000: can you identify each mechanized creature\u2019s real-life counterpart?<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n This title seems very anime-inspired, even the name sounds like an anime. Killzone <\/em>borrowed heavily from one of my favourite anime films, Jin-Roh; the Helghasts\u2019 character designs were inspired by the CAPO troops\u2019 armour.<\/p>\n Everyone should be excited for this title. It looks immersive, jaw-dropping and enjoyably difficult.
