According to sales tracker GfK, the game has gone on to outsell its predecessor&rsquo;s launch week by 6000 units. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, Fable III enjoyed the fourth best launch week for an Xbox 360 game in 2010 so far, and the 13th best launch week for an Xbox 360 &nbsp;game ever.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Fable III is the third chart toping Xbox 360 exclusive released this year, following the Halo: Reach and Crackdown 2.<\/p>\n<p>Although Microsoft will be pleased at the fact that Fable III has enjoyed a better launch than Fable II, it is worth noting that the Xbox 360 install base is significantly bigger than it was when the last game came out.
