The Game Awards 2015<\/a> have been a very rewarding event so far. We’re so excited for the some of the upcoming games.<\/p>\n

This has been especially true with the gameplay footage we’ve seen of Far Cry Primal<\/a> <\/em>and the announcement that Telltale Games will be working on a Batman game<\/a>.<\/p>\n

For us, one of the most exciting announcements had to be\u00a0Rock Band VR\u00a0<\/em> for the Oculus Rift.<\/p>\n

When Palmer Luckey, the founder of Oculus VR, appeared on stage in his shorts and sandals we knew something epic was in the works. What he revealed was a partnership with Harmonix, which had been\u00a0going on for years.<\/p>\n

Like the name implies, Rock Band VR\u00a0<\/em>allows players to essentially play virtual instruments in a virtual environment, with the use of a guitar controller and the Oculus Rift headset.<\/p>\n

But everything is happening within the game world, you’re playing the instruments and performing to a virtual audience who react to all your shredding and solos.<\/p>\n
