{"id":84477,"date":"2015-12-15T09:30:46","date_gmt":"2015-12-15T07:30:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/?p=84477"},"modified":"2015-12-15T09:34:34","modified_gmt":"2015-12-15T07:34:34","slug":"rise-of-the-tomb-raider-gets-its-pc-release-date","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/business\/84477-rise-of-the-tomb-raider-gets-its-pc-release-date","title":{"rendered":"Rise of the Tomb Raider gets its PC release date"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>When <em>Rise of the Tomb Raider<\/em> was originally announced at Gamescom 2014, it was noted that while the sequel is exclusive to Xbox One, it&#8217;s only a timed-exclusivity with the game <a href=\"http:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/news\/78981-rise-of-the-tomb-raider-coming-to-ps4-and-pc-in-2016.html\" target=\"_blank\">set to release on other platforms in 2016<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The game is lined up for a release on PlayStation 4 in Q4 of 2016, but the PC version looks to be releasing much sooner than expected.<\/p>\n<p>According to a listing from Amazon France, <em>Rise of the Tomb Raider\u00a0<\/em>will be coming to PC on January 29th, 2016.
