First teasing two new heroes for Heroes of the Storm<\/em> a couple days ago<\/a>, Blizzard has now unveiled Diablo 3\u2019s<\/em> Wizard as well as Diablo 2\u2019s<\/em> beloved Necromancer as the latest combatants to enter their highly successful MOBA.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s about time Heroes of the Storm<\/em> got a little more Diablo <\/em>treatment.<\/p>\n

\"Heroes<\/a><\/p>\n

Representing Diablo 3\u2019s<\/em> formidable Wizard class, Li Ming is designed around three core builds, each of which has its own strengths and weaknesses.<\/p>\n

The first is based around her Magic Missile spell, a \u2018jack of all trades, master of none\u2019 midrange build designed to cater to a variety of team compositions.<\/p>\n

\"Heroes<\/a><\/p>\n

Her second is a harassment-orientated poke build, via her Arcane Orb.<\/p>\n

Finally, her third build turns her into a bit of glass cannon, but it also requires you to teleport into the faces of your opponents, and subsequently unleashing massive damage. Of course, it\u2019s the riskiest of the lot, but the rewards are just as high.<\/p>\n

\"Heroes<\/a><\/p>\n

According to an interview with Meta Bomb<\/a>, Game Director Dustin Browder implied that Li Ming\u2019s flexibility was in direct relation to her being one of the trickier heroes to play, something her teleportation build speaks directly to.<\/p>\n

Then we get Xul, Diablo 2\u2019s<\/em> Necromancer. As any Necromancer worth their salt would be, he\u2019s all about summoning in creatures to do his bidding \u2013 when he isn\u2019t cursing your opponents into submission, that is.<\/p>\n

Perhaps our favourite class from Diablo 2<\/em>, the Necromancer is certainly a hero we\u2019re excited about.<\/p>\n

That said, we would love to see a few more Diablo 2<\/em> characters, and we just might. \u201cThey were such iconic characters from that era of gaming if you had a chance to play it. The Diablo 2 Druid would be an absolute blast, and the Paladin would be an absolute joy,<\/em>\u201d said Browder.<\/p>\n

Until their release, there\u2019s a new balance update<\/a> to get used to.<\/p>\n
