MyBroadband\u2019s latest broadband survey shows that Axxess, Afrihost, and Vox Telecom are the best Internet service providers in South Africa.<\/p>\n

The Q1 2016 broadband survey was completed by 3,108 South African broadband subscribers. These subscribers were typically IT professionals and tech-savvy individuals.<\/p>\n

Subscribers rated their service provider on value for money, network quality, and billing and support.<\/p>\n

The survey also tested users\u2019 opinions of their ISP, and asked them how likely they were to recommend their ISP to family and friends.<\/p>\n

The results showed that Axxess was the top-rated ADSL ISP, with a strong performance in all categories.<\/p>\n

Afrihost\u00a0climbed to\u00a0second, following its network move towards the end of 2015.<\/p>\n

As part of the survey, users were asked: \u201cHow likely is it that you would recommend your current ADSL ISP to a friend or colleague?\u201d<\/p>\n

The higher the score, the more likely a person was to recommend their ISP to other people.<\/p>\n

The table below shows how likely broadband users were to recommend their ISP to others.<\/p>\n
