{"id":86241,"date":"2016-02-15T17:00:22","date_gmt":"2016-02-15T15:00:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/?p=86241"},"modified":"2016-02-15T17:15:48","modified_gmt":"2016-02-15T15:15:48","slug":"dayzs-new-directx-11-renderer-and-nothing-has-changed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/business\/86241-dayzs-new-directx-11-renderer-and-nothing-has-changed","title":{"rendered":"DayZ&#8217;s new DirectX 11 renderer, and nothing has changed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <em>DayZ<\/em> team over at Bohemia Interactive have released a video, demonstrating the latest Direct 11 renderer for <em>DayZ Standalone<\/em>, via the Enfusion engine.<\/p>\n<p>The goal of the new renderer is improved performance, less bugs and, ultimately, better visuals.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/eFhTsoM-KZI\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>In spite of the marked improvements made by the DirectX 11 renderer, the video\u2019s narrator asks that \u201cwe all keep our expectations tempered.
