Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor\u00a0<\/em>was a true breakthrough game series when it came out in 2014.<\/p>\n

Rumours of a sequel to this hit franchise have been stewing around in the cauldron that is the internet for a while now.<\/p>\n

Despite there not being an official announcement of a sequel, it appears that may be a follow-up to the Lords of the Rings\u00a0Assassin’s Creed\u00a0<\/em>hybrid according to a listing on one stuntwoman’s CV.<\/p>\n

Said stuntwoman, Lauren Mary Kim, listed as part of her CV that she was\u00a0involved in motion capture for the game. The CV\u00a0reference states emphatically \u201cShadows of Mordor 2 \u2013 Stunts\/Acting \u2013 Blur\u201d.<\/p>\n

Most interestingly, the motion capture work in question is for a company called Blur that Kim has worked for previously. Blur are well-known for\u00a0producing\u00a0CGI trailers for games.<\/p>\n

Blur and Kim\u00a0have worked together on\u00a0many game trailers. Their combined works spans games such as\u00a0Elder Scrolls Online,<\/em> God of War Ascension<\/em>, Assassin\u2019s Creed Unity<\/em> and Batman: Arkham Knight<\/em>.<\/p>\n

The possibility of a\u00a0Shadow of Mordor 2 <\/em>CGI announcement trailer could definitely be in the works.<\/p>\n

Some rumours are indicating that a\u00a0playable character from the original\u00a0game, called\u00a0Lithariel, could be taking a lead role in\u00a0this supposed sequel.<\/p>\n

If the rumours prove true, we should see an announcement CGI trailer for Shadow of Mordor 2<\/em> this coming E3.<\/p>\n
