display.<\/p>\n<p>Nvidia&#8217;s Vice President of Research David Luebke broke the news when he took to the stage at Nvidia&#8217;s GPU Technology Conference (GTC) 2016 on 07 April.<\/p>\n<p>The monitor is in fact not completely latency free, but refreshes at 1,700Hz &#8211;
