{"id":89277,"date":"2016-04-17T09:47:47","date_gmt":"2016-04-17T07:47:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/?p=89277"},"modified":"2016-04-17T09:49:25","modified_gmt":"2016-04-17T07:49:25","slug":"new-tesla-cars-have-the-coolest-gaming-easter-egg","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/gadgets\/89277-new-tesla-cars-have-the-coolest-gaming-easter-egg","title":{"rendered":"New Tesla cars have the coolest gaming Easter egg"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>An Easter egg inside the new Tesla motor vehicles has a gaming twist.<\/p>\n<p>Instead of the typical grey instrument panel, Tesla owners now have the option to make their GPS Mario-themed.<\/p>\n<p>The road is replaced with the multi-coloured &#8220;Rainbow road&#8221; from the original Mario Kart SNES release, while a cowbell soundtrack plays in the background.<\/p>\n<p>Tesla founder Elon Musk broke the news himself in a tweet describing how to activate the special mode:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-lang=\"en\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Activate autopilot 4X in quick succession for psychedelic cowbell road.
