The Spike TV Video Game Awards 2010 ceremony took place this past weekend, and although many enthusiast gamers don’t take the event too seriously, it represents one night of the year where our favourite pastime receives serious mainstream media coverage, and if anything, it’s usually good a for a laugh. <\/p>\n

We’d also have liked to have seen Bad Company 2 snatch the best shooter award instead of the bug infested CoDBlops. <\/p>\n
