Acer has announced a trio of new Predator devices, including a VR-Ready laptop, gaming PC and monitor, reports Engadget<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Predator 17X gaming notebook, Z1 monitors and G1 gaming PC were all officially debuted at Acer’s New York event on 21 April .<\/p>\n

Predator 17X Notebook<\/h3>\n

The 17X Notebook is an improved version of Acer’s Predator 17, and features an Intel Core i7-6820HK<\/strong> processor paired with an Nvidia GeForce GTX 980<\/strong> graphics card.<\/p>\n

The Notebook is powerful enough to handle any current virtual reality title, and has a 17-inch 4K display<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Predator 17X Notebook is locally priced at R45,999<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Predator G1 Gaming Desktop<\/h3>\n

\"Predator<\/a><\/p>\n

The Predator G1 gaming PC is the third in Acer’s new line of gaming desktops.<\/p>\n

The G1 can support an Nvidia GeForce GTX Titan X<\/strong> graphics card and 6th Gen Intel Core i7<\/strong> processors, along with 64GB<\/strong> of gaming RAM. The PC is designed to be Acer’s ultimate VR-Ready gaming rig.<\/p>\n

Blending power with portability, the G1 is a small desktop that packs a heavy punch.<\/p>\n

The G1 desktop is priced locally at R18,999<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Predator Z1 Gaming Monitor<\/h3>\n

\"Predator<\/a><\/p>\n

Acer’s Predator Z1 gaming monitors feature a choice of three different display sizes – 31.5, 30, and 27 inches<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Z1 monitors include G-Sync support, and the 30-inch version features an ultra-wide aspect ratio of 21:9.<\/p>\n

The Predator Z1 gaming monitors will start off at $600<\/strong> USD, with price being dependent on the monitor size.<\/p>\n

There is no local pricing currently available for the Predator Z1 monitor.<\/p>\n
