FairSteam is a browser plugin for Firefox <\/a><\/strong>and Chrome<\/a><\/strong> that introduces a number of customer-friendly features for your day-to-day Steam shopping.<\/p>\n

The aim of the addon is to remove all the “unneeded fluff” and marketing material on a game’s Steam page to provide the user with only fair information on the product.<\/p>\n

Specific features include:<\/h3>\n

  • Adds actual gameplay video from YouTube into the Steam Store.<\/li>\n
  • Provides numbers for recent game reviews, allowing you to spot positive\/negative trends prior purchase.<\/li>\n
  • A number of small tweaks and additions to the default Steam player.<\/li>\n
  • Option to manually turn on\/off HD for Steam videos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
