Jody Lynn Bennett (37), of somewhere in America, has handed himself over to the cops after grabbing two GameBoys and a bunch of cartridges off Bradley “Boog” David-McCombs Jr (17, deceased), during a casket viewing at a local funeral home. Classy. The kid was killed in a car accident on Christmas Day.<\/p>\n

“[Bradley’s family members] confronted him. They were about to get the GameBoy back but not the games so they subsequently called police,” said Sgt. Michael Schmidt.<\/p>\n

Jody’s aunt, Dianna Bennett, said her nephew “has been into drugs, he’s into alcohol. He’s just messed up.”<\/p>\n
