GeIL has revealed its\u00a0DDR4 EVO X Hardcore Gaming Memory, featuring RGB\u00a0lighting and frequencies\u00a0of up to 4,133MHz, TechPowerUp reports<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

GeIL\u00a0uses HILM<\/strong> (Hybrid-Independent-Light-Module) technology to enable customisable RGB\u00a0lighting on its RAM modules.<\/p>\n

The RAM module’s lighting is separately connected to the motherboard\u00a0using\u00a0a 12V RGB power cable<\/strong>, and can be programmed to sync with the user’s RGB lighting\u00a0system.<\/p>\n

This independent power connection\u00a0means that the RAM experiences no loss in performance.<\/p>\n

The memory modules also feature a sliding switch which controls the four RGB illumination modes. The lighting can be set to red, green, blue, and RGB cycle.<\/p>\n
