The “Xbox One-Two” will arrive in 2017, with a slim version of the Xbox One releasing this year, reports Polygon<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Xbox console\u00a0landing in 2017 is code-named Scorpio<\/strong>, and will be four times more\u00a0powerful as the current Xbox One.<\/p>\n

Microsoft has reportedly moved up the release schedule for its upcoming consoles in response to Sony’s PlayStation Neo<\/a><\/strong> plans.<\/p>\n

The Xbox Scorpio aims to deliver a new level of graphics processing power, reaching a floating point\u00a0performance of 6 TFLOP\/s <\/strong>–\u00a0which is a high target compared to the PlayStation Neo’s 4.14 TFLOP\/s<\/strong> and the Xbox One’s 1.32 TFLOP\/s.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Xbox games will\u00a0support both the current version of the Xbox One and the Xbox Scorpio, with the newer console offering gamers higher-quality visuals and 4K graphics.<\/p>\n

The Xbox One Slim<\/strong> will arrive some time in August 2016 according to Polygon’s sources, and will be the smallest Xbox ever made. The slimline device will also support 4K video display.<\/p>\n

The Xbox Scorpio will probably be announced\u00a0in the next couple of months, with the Xbox One Slim expected to be revealed at E3 2016.<\/p>\n
