The launch of the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 is imminent, and the Pascal graphics card holds great promise for the budget-oriented gamer.<\/p>\n

The Nvidia GeForce GTX 980 Ti had a MSRP of $649\u00a0<\/strong>at launch, and retails\u00a0locally\u00a0for around R13,000 – R16,000<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

The more efficient\u00a0Nvidia GeForce GTX \u00a01070 has a MSRP of $379,\u00a0<\/strong>which equals a direct converted value of R6,000<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

However, if\u00a0the local pricing<\/a><\/strong> of the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 is any indication, gamers can expect to pay considerably more than the dollar value for the GTX 1070.<\/p>\n
