{"id":94261,"date":"2016-06-08T13:19:21","date_gmt":"2016-06-08T11:19:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/?p=94261"},"modified":"2016-06-08T13:20:29","modified_gmt":"2016-06-08T11:20:29","slug":"vicious-attack-llama-apocalypse-from-sa-game-dev-coming-to-windows-and-xbox","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/pc\/94261-vicious-attack-llama-apocalypse-from-sa-game-dev-coming-to-windows-and-xbox","title":{"rendered":"Vicious Attack Llama Apocalypse from SA game dev coming to Windows and Xbox"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>RogueCode has announced that it is developing a version of <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.valagame.com\" target=\"_blank\">Vicious Attack Llama Apocalypse<\/a><\/strong> (VALA) for Windows 10 and Xbox One.<\/p>\n<p>VALA is a top-down shooter originally developed <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/store\/apps\/vala-alpha\/9wzdncrfj2lx\" target=\"_blank\">for\u00a0Windows Phones<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0by RogueCode, a studio\u00a0that gets its name from the online handle of its founder, Matt Cavanagh.<\/p>\n<p>Matt is\u00a0an active <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/vb\/member.php\/12793-roguemat\" target=\"_blank\">member of MyBroadband<\/a><\/strong>, and may\u00a0occasionally be found haunting\u00a0the\u00a0comments section of these hallowed pages.<\/p>\n<p>Vicious Attack Llama Apocalypse is being accurately marketed as the\u00a0the world&#8217;s best mass llama-slaughter roguelike-lite-ish couch co-op twin-stick top-down shooter.<\/p>\n<p>Matt tells MyGaming that they are keeping their launch timeframe\u00a0very broad at the moment, but was willing to reveal that their current plan\u00a0is to launch around\u00a0the end of <strong>Q3 2016<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>On pricing, he said: &#8220;It\u2019s hard to say with our fun exchange rate. But we\u2019re pricing it cheap enough that it shouldn\u2019t get in the way of anyone slaughtering llamas.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>We can&#8217;t wait, Matt.
