Manchester United’s biggest summer transfer could be gaming-related, reports esports-UK<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The footballing giant is reportedly in the market for an unnamed Overwatch team who are currently signed to another eSports organisation.<\/p>\n

The club is reported to be bidding against for the team against Fnatic <\/a><\/strong>and a third, unnamed party.<\/p>\n

“While no deal has yet been made, Fnatic have already made an offer to the team, prompting Manchester United to renegotiate with a counter-offer.”<\/p>\n

“Manchester United are the biggest football brand to get involved with eSports so far, so don’t be surprised to see other well-established\u00a0clubs\u00a0following suit in years to come”.<\/p>\n
