You know you’re getting old when video game companies start handing out free games because they’re<\/em> so old.<\/p>\n

Despite the alarming realisation of age, some good news is that Ubisoft has announced that in lieu of its 30th anniversary celebrations this year, the massive game\u00a0publisher\u00a0would be\u00a0giving away a free PC game every month for the rest of the year.<\/p>\n

All you have to do is log-in to your\u00a0Uplay account to secure the titles. Simple. If you don’t have one, you’ll need to join Ubisoft Club (which is free) and then download the Uplay client to partake.<\/p>\n

The promotion starts today, with Prince of Persia: Sands of Time available now<\/a>. The\u00a02003 action-platformer reboot is still regarded as one of the best titles around, so it’s definitely worth checking out.<\/p>\n

The next six games haven’t been announced just\u00a0yet,\u00a0but it’s likely there’ll be some Tom Clancy and Assassin’s Creed games in there somewhere.<\/p>\n
