PlayStation’s global head of marketing and sales, Jim Ryan, has revealed why the PlayStation NEO wasn’t at Sony’s E3 2016 conference.<\/p>\n

In an interview with MCVUK<\/a><\/strong>, Ryan highlighted that Sony wanted to purely focus on games.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe had such a strong and, I\u2019d say, pure story about games,\u201d said Ryan.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou are not alone in making the comment – and I think it is a legitimate comment – about only just getting going on the games side of things on PS4.”<\/p>\n

“I think that needed to be addressed, and by focusing exclusively on the games last night, hopefully we have laid that to bogey to rest.”<\/p>\n

Ryan stated that Sony will unveil the PlayStation Neo when they are ready to demonstrate it properly.<\/p>\n
