Warner Bros. Interactive and TT Games today announced that LEGO Worlds will be receiving\u00a0a multiplayer component.<\/p>\n

The new online multiplayer functionality allows two players to explore each other\u2019s worlds together, create together, and engage in cooperative and competitive play experiences that players can build themselves.<\/p>\n

\u201cBuilding and playing with friends is at the core of LEGO play and we\u2019re excited to bring online multiplayer into Lego Worlds,\u201d said Jonathan Smith, Head of Production at TT Games.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe online multiplayer experience offers unlimited possibilities for players to explore one another\u2019s worlds, build and share creations, and just have fun together.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are very pleased to see how LEGO Worlds has grown after a year in Early Access,\u201d says Niels J\u00f8rgensen, Vice President at Digital Games for the LEGO Group.”<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s a fantastic way to engage with LEGO play digitally, and we are excited for the added social component that online multiplayer will bring to the gaming community.\u201d<\/p>\n

The game is currently available right now on Steam’s Early Access<\/a> service.<\/strong><\/p>\n
