The embargo\u00a0for AMD’s Radeon RX 480 only expires on 29 June, but that hasn’t prevented\u00a0a ton of leaked specifications and images<\/strong><\/a> of the Polaris card appearing online.<\/p>\n

Although these details\u00a0remain officially unconfirmed, gamers already have a pretty good idea of what to expect from the Radeon RX 480.<\/p>\n

According to a report by WCCFTech<\/strong><\/a>, a new overclocking tool<\/strong> which is set to launch alongside the Radeon RX 480 has been revealed.<\/p>\n

The software was leaked in a stream testing the overclocking capabilities of the Radeon RX 480, and seems to be integrated into AMD’s Radeon Settings<\/strong> program.<\/p>\n

Suprisingly, AMD’s new overclocking tool will enable voltage control<\/strong>, offering a host of new features over the current software overclocking options available to consumers.<\/p>\n

It is unusual to see voltage control implemented in manufacturer-supplied overclocking software, as it is usually reserved for more advanced users to avoid\u00a0gamers inadvertently damaging their video cards.<\/p>\n
