Partially-confirmed rumors coming out of Russia suggest that following a team effort, the infamous Denuvo may have been cracked for Rise of the Tomb Raider, reports Torrentfreak.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

The DRM, which has been attached to some of the last year’s biggest titles such as\u00a0Just Cause 3, DOOM and Rise of the Tomb Raider, was deemed to be un-crackable by pirates, with various larger scene groups infamously <\/a><\/strong>giving up their quest to try and break the anti-tamper software.<\/p>\n

What is causing the most excitement is a video which claims to show a crack of ROTTR in action. With most notation in Russian it\u2019s difficult to follow in precise detail, but from the images alone it seems very likely that the game has been compromised, at least up to a point.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

However, no information has been given as to when the game will be cracked or whether this is all an elaborate hoax.<\/p>\n
