VR South African launch date announced"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>PlayStation VR will be in South Africa on 13 October 2016, according to <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.playstation.com\/en-za\/explore\/playstation-vr\/pre-order\/\" target=\"_blank\">the PlayStation website<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/mybroadband.co.za\/news\/gaming\/168423-playstation-vr-here-in-october-price-details.html\"><strong>Sony announced<\/strong><\/a> the launch date and US pricing for its virtual reality headset at E3 2016.<\/p>\n<p>The headset will sell for $399, while the PlayStation Camera will be sold for $60.<\/p>\n<p>Sony announced on 30 June\u00a0that it would open up <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.us.playstation.com\/2016\/03\/18\/playstation-vr-launch-bundle-pre-orders-start-tuesday\/\" target=\"_blank\">one last wave of pre-orders in the US<\/a><\/strong> this afternoon (16:00).<\/p>\n<p>It is offering a PlayStation VR Launch Bundle as a pre-order promotion for $499 \u2013 which includes the PS VR, a PlayStation Camera, two PlayStation Move motion controllers, and a PlayStation VR World disc.<\/p>\n<p>PlayStation distributor Ster-Kinekor said it will reveal more details\u00a0about\u00a0the local launch soon.<\/p>\n<p><a
