BitTorrent has officially released Android and iOS apps based on its torrenting service.<\/p>\n

While BitTorrent making a name for itself as a torrent client for desktop PCs, it appears BitTorrent Now is trying to distance itself from online piracy, as the app is primarily serving up legal <\/a><\/strong>content.<\/p>\n

“With BitTorrent Now, fans can find films from artists they love on their iPhone during their commute and then favorite to stream later on the couch in front of their Apple TV,” said BitTorrent.<\/p>\n

“They\u2019ll also have the ability to follow artists they love, create playlists, and see what\u2019s trending on social or in the BitTorrent community.”<\/p>\n
