Batman: Return to Arkham release date revealed

Warner Bros. Entertainment has announced that Batman: Return to Arkham will release on 18 October 2016 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

The bundle includes remastered versions of Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City, as well as all of the Game of the Year edition bonus and downloadable content ever released.

Batman: Arkham Asylum was released in 2009, and its sequel Batman: Arkham City was released in 2011.

Both games were launched on the previous generation of consoles, meaning that their graphics have become dated in comparison to modern platforms.

Luckily, fans of the franchise can now enjoy the two games in a new light, with the Batman: Return to Arkham remaster boasting improved graphics, upgraded models, environments, lighting, effects and shaders.
