Indie game developers Rami Ismail and Adriel Wallick are now happily engaged following an amazing in-game marriage proposal in Bungie’s popular MMO Destiny.

Wallick had put a lot of effort into planning the proposal, including creating an in-game proposal emote and acquiring Rings of Eternity.

However, the in-game proposal was almost thwarted by a badly-timed DDoS attack, which resulted in players struggling to connect to the Destiny servers.

Luckily, Wallick managed to pull off the proposal despite connection issues, with her in-game character msminotaur getting down on one knee and offering a Ring of Eternity to Rami’s character.

In addition, Bungie also provided the happy couple with a 3D model for their Rings of Eternity.
