The Xbox One S console will be available for pre-order in South Africa from 20 February 2017.
The console will be available at the following recommended retail prices from local retailers:
- Xbox One S 500GB – R4,999
- Xbox One S 1TB – R5,999
Gamers who pre-order the Xbox One S will receive an additional wireless controller and FIFA 17, or a 12-month Xbox Live subscription.
The new, slim version of the Xbox One console features 4K video, HDR support, and a 40% smaller chassis.
The Xbox One S has an internal power supply and uses improved hardware based on a newer GPU architecture to provide greater power efficiency than the original Xbox One.
No local release date is currently available.
