Microsoft has announced that Forza 4 will be release for Xbox 360 on 11 October this year. The announcement was made during Microsoft’s E3 press briefing, and the reveal trailer showed off the Top Gear race track, which just recently made its video game debut in Gran Turismo 5.
Little is known about the game, but Microsoft did confirm that it will support up to 16 players in online multiplayer, which is a first for the series. There will be community car clubs, a “rivals mode” and an “epic world tour”.
Microsoft announced at last year’s E3 that Forza 4 will support Kinect.
More info is expected to be revealed during the course of E3, which runs for the next few days (or nights four us Southern Hemisphere dwellers).
