Ubisoft has announced that it will be releasing free DLC for its just released Xbox 360 version of Splinter Cell: Conviction. The content will obviously be delivered via Xbox Live.
The first content pack will be released today, and includes a new gun; the MP7A1 machine pistol.
Players will be able to download the new weapon from the game’s “extras” menu.
Next week Thursday Ubisoft will release another new item, with future plans to make new weapons and skins available on a weekly basis, as well as a new Deniable Ops map at some point.
Splinter Cell: Conviction Xbox 360 hits local retail shelves tomorrow, and on April 30 for PC. MyGaming is giving away one copy of the Xbox 360 version, and one of the PC version, as well as 2 T-shirts and 2 lighters.
