Update
Microsoft has neither confirmed nor denied that Natal will be released in October. It has however announced that Syed Bilal Tariq is not a Microsoft employee. “He is a vendor employed through a third-party company on behalf of the Microsoft subsidiary in Saudi Arabia.”
Microsoft added that Tariq has a tendency to speak out of turn, and he previously claimed that Halo: Reach would be out on PC later this year.

In an interview with Gamertaqradio, Microsoft’s Saudi marketing manager Syed Bilal Tariq may have inadvertently narrowed down the release time frame for Project Natal to October.
When asked when his region would be getting the Xbox 360 add-on, Tariq said that they would get it on the same day as the rest of the world. He then said that “it is going to be somewhere in October and we will be in a position to confirm the date at E3, which is in June, but definitely it is going to be October 2010.”
Previously, Microsoft has stuck to a vague “Fall 2010” release time frame.
What is also pretty interesting is Tariq’s claim that they will be getting it at the same time as everyone else, which implies a simultaneous worldwide release.
Microsoft would have been saving this announcement for E3, but like every major announcment in this industry, it was bound to come out one way or another before then.
