London-based development studio Mediatonic has announced that its critically-acclaimed PSP Minis debut title – Monsters (Probably) Stole My Princess – has been launched on Xbox Live Indie Games service.
The Xbox 360 version features all the action of the PSP Minis version, and boasts a full HD-resolution visual overhaul.
In Monsters (Probably) Stole My Princess, players take control of the massively awesome and super-sexy aristocratic demon known only as “The Duke” in an upwards-scrolling platformer.
Chasing down giant fleeing monsters is the business at hand. By building combos to unleash increasingly powerful finishing moves on the (most likely) guilty monsters, players can impress the Duke’s adoring fans and gun for higher and higher scores.

Monsters (Probably) Stole My Princess features a full story mode, 6 unique stages, animated cutscenes and a catchy soundtrack that the Duke himself would approve of. All-in-all, there are 24 levels of monster pounding justice.
Mediatonic’s co-founder and creative director Paul Croft says “Monsters (Probably) Stole My Princess was a huge hit for us, both with the media and as our debut on PSP Minis, so we’re proud to have launched its XNA version as our Xbox 360 debut.”
“We’re hopeful Xbox 360 players will take the Duke’s plight to their hearts and will help him hammer those (probably) guilty monsters,” Croft continued.
Monsters (Probably) Stole My Princess for Xbox 360 via Xbox Live Indie Games is available now, costing 240 MS Points. Check out the trailer below.
