Scalebound and Crackdown are E3 no-shows: will be at Gamescom

In the latest news from Phil Spencer and the Xbox camp, the latest Crackdown game as well as Scalebound will be no-shows at E3, but rather will be fully showcased at Gamescom this year.

There has been a great deal discussed about the Xbox One games lineup and what Microsoft’s hopes Windows 10 will do in the PC gaming market. Of course, they recently announced a partnership with Oculus VR.

The news that gamers who buy the Rift will receive an included Xbox One controller, including being able stream Xbox One games to the Oculus Rift through Windows 10, is a good move by Microsoft.

However, with all of this great news, gamers are still left pondering about Microsoft’s game plan for E3.

Spencer reassures gamers that Microsoft will be unveiling games and experiences for the Xbox One for the holiday season and beyond.

The games lineup will include the likes of Halo 5: Guardians, Forza Motorsport 6 and Rise of the Tomb Raider.

Besides a promising game line-up, there are promises for even more news to fit into the 90 minute briefing.

So do check out Microsoft’s live show, Xbox Daily: LIVE @ E3, Monday through Wednesday at 4pm PT (1am in South Africa).
