Turn 10 Studios has promised an awful lot for Forza Motorsport 6, and it’s an impressive list of features to be sure.

Forza 6 will be the most comprehensive and detailed game Turn 10 Studios has ever built; utilising the most authentic and realistic physics-based weather system implemented into a racing title; over 450 fully detailed Forzavista cars; working cockpits and fully realised damage models for every single car; 24-players racing at once; and 26 carefully crafted tracks – tell us you’re not impressed.

It sounds great; and going by prior Forza games, Forza 6 is likely to put the franchise back on top. But it’s going to come at a cost.

Reports have come in that Forza Motorsport 6’s file size is 44+ GB; that’s one big game.

That’s what you get when you squeeze in as much detail as is possible, which makes the promise of 1080p at 60 fps all the more impressive.

It’s going to take a while to download Forza 6, but it should be worth it.
