We have a pool at work but no one actually uses it.

Good luck, these things can be difficult.

I tried got a domain to blog so that I could practice writing every now and then but I haven't been inspired, actually I haven't played anything at all recently to write about.

I don't see Paradigm Solutions in your list.
And please don't add them. A few years ago I still had enough free time to do websites for people and used them because they had cheap windows hosting with database support.
Worst. Company. Ever!
Hosting works fine most of the time but when something goes wrong and you need to contact their support the fun starts. The phones never get answered and when I sent them an email with my cancelation order they failed to respond until the new month started and then they threatened me with blacklisting if I don't pay for the new month as well.
This was a long time ago and they could have changed owner or cleaned up their act, but I will never use them again.
