What are you reading right now?

Currently busy with Lunar Park by Bret Easton Ellis.

I also just picked up I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream (the game) from GMG for $1.49 :D

Good buy. I haven't been able to finish it and I'm too proud to get a walkthrough, but soon.

I've finished "The Maze Runner" by James Dashner last night. I couldn't help but draw comparisons to "The Hunger Games" but I enjoyed Maze Runner more. Both Hunger Games and Maze Runner are young adult books (and I am far from that), but Maze Runner just seems to be aimed at a slightly younger audience than Hunger Games. That said, for me it held the tension and mystery more effectively than Hunger Games.

And now I have started "World War Z" by Max Brooks but I am not nearly far enough into the book to make any sort of judgement yet.

George RR Martin - A Feast for Crows

In anticipation of Season 5 of GoT starting next year, but I understand the events of book 5 and 6 run concurrently, so I'll need to pick up Dance with Dragons too before the story starts.

My enjoyment of the series has increased tenfold after I started the books.

Could anyone recommend a good fantasy series?

The Kingkiller Chronicle by Patrick Rothfuss. First book is The Name of the Wind. I only recently started it myself but I'm thoroughly enjoying it, and everyone who has read it sings praises about it.

Could anyone recommend a good fantasy series?

Terry Goodkind - Sword of Truth series (11 or 12 books, I forget)
Robert Jordan - Wheel of Time (have not finished this myself)
Robin Hobb - The Liveship Traders (also probably anything else by Robin Hobb, haven't gotten around to everything yet)
George RR Martin - Song of Ice and Fire
Raymond E Feist - Riftwar Saga and Serpentwar Saga
David Eddings - The Belgariad and Mallorean (after reading somewhere that this is more aimed at children, the minimalistic writing style began to irritate me, but I really enjoyed this series in high school)

Im trying out the game of thrones books... have it next to my bed, but when ever i start reading... Sleep...

So despite the general consensus amongst my friends saying that I am an illiterate caveman, I started reading a new book this week. Currently almost done with Dan Brown's Inferno.

Didn't know it had pictures "whistling: :D
Funny enough, it actually does have pictures. Not a lot, but it does...just enough to stimulate a simpleton such as myself
I've heard its good?
I am a huge Dan Brown fan, but it's not his best work. After reading the other books, you start picking up on the story telling way of Dan Brown, which makes the other books a bit more predictable. But I am still enjoying it quite a lot though.

I am a few chapters into Brandon Sanderson's "The way of Kings". I am really enjoying it. So far I would highly recommend picking up a copy.

Ha ha! I love the show, but the books are quite a tough read so far...

That's weird. Do you generally like reading?

I watched the 1st season of Game of Thrones, and then I picked up the books. The 1st season of Game of Thrones was great, but I found the book to be better. All the books are great, with the 2nd being the most boring. Book 5 is awesome.

Try reading all 14 books of The Wheel of Time :D
