They can see what's in there but it's overkill to make it private in my opinion. I mean not knowing what you are getting is the funnest bit of all this (even though some people prefer the actual giving but pffft receiving is always more fun :D )
 
Ok well i made it private just in case :P So the guys who want to keep it completely private and secret can send their steam gifts to me, then I will send it to the right person - I can do this since the person I got indicated postal so i shall use that method - so rest assured its private and confidential :P I still have no idea who is sending what to whom :P

I do think we need to photos or screenshots of the gifts as they arrive - steam people can send a screenie of the gift received. That way everyone knows if they received their gifts. and we can start guessing who sent the gift.
 
I'm just happy to be a part of this awesome idea.

Sending gifts across the country to one another, just solidifying our community and make it feel so much more than just a forum :love:

Dammit I wanna know who got my name! :P Eks nuuskierig - I was the kid on xmas eve opening the gifts carefully to see what I was getting :P



At least the person I got is easy enough especially since my idea was a kinda universal one

the biggest problem is now I just need to get that perfect gift and not want to keep it for myself :p

That's exactly what my problem is. I ordered the gift this morning, but I fear that I may not be able to hand it over once I get it.
 
Ok I think I'm sorted, I just had to double the quantity though, one for them and one for me :p
Now to fill the gaps


Can we be evil and send the gift soon so it has to spend a month under the christmas tree.

Lol I was wondering about this too... Im gona post mine on about the 10th December... "whistling:

Such an awesome thing to do for Christmas! Im gona have to go check out a few peoples profiles so the person I got doesnt see me looking at their profile as one of the last seen peeps...

I'm also going to be sending mine in that week of 8-12 Dec. I'm leaving on the 12th until the 1st at who knows where with limited internet access.

I didn't even know you can check who's been looking at your steam profile.

Lol he's referring to looking at your MyG profile as it shows the last ten people who looked.

Ok good... That's a relief... Cause I've been all over my target's steam profile & wishlist. Would have totally been busted by now if it was possible. :p

Update:
Was busy exploring around on Steam on the MyGaming group while writing this post (sending some new friend requests just to throw everyone off) and just discovered two things.
1. On the MyGaming group, there is a Group chat available where I suppose everybody can talk to everybody. Never knew that.
2. Nicki Minaj is a member of the MyGaming group and she is busy playing Dota 2. :D
