I am a very smiley, happy dude right now. Had my new rig running for a few days now, and couldn't be happier with it.
Sent a list of my ideal compnents through to The Joker after reading all the positive posts about his work. He replied, made some suggestions, confirmed the budget, and sourced the components we agreed on within a day.
Once funds had cleared, he kept me updated with build progress, and then delivered the perfectly installed and running rig to me within 3 days. If only my ADSL connection was as efficient I'd have been able to download Shadow of Mordor and Far Cry 4 and test things out a lot sooner!
Here's the specs:
- Intel Core I5 4690K CPU
- MSI Z97 Gaming 9 AC MB
- GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 970, 4GB GPU
- Mushkin Blackline, 16GB RAM
- Mushkin Chronos Deluxe, 240GB SSD
- Seagate Barracuda, 2TB, HDD
- All wrapped up in a Corsair Carbide Black ATX case and shining brightly on a magnificent BENQ 27" Monitor
Spent a drop more than I'd planned on, but couldn't be happier with things at the moment.
