Best job for me was Night Manager. As i hate people and working with them. So working by myself at night was awesome.

jislaaik HC, you don't have to make it sound like an AA meeting
well, it is stress relieving (unless you have a deadline). Plus, if it doesn't come out the way you wanted (ie flop), you can just eat it up. You can't do that with difficult staff/customers/patients

At this time Rain = Very very Bad. Builders Need to Start but as its raining they can't really start. Which means our deadline to be out by Nov 01 is approaching fast.

I have only made 2 flops in all the years:
once, when I was still in high school, I put tartaric acid in instead of cream of tartar. (the stuff looks the same, and my mom had it all in identical unmarked bowls...)
and once just after getting married whilst staying in machadodorp, I baked banana bread. was the first time ever that it completely baked over the sides of the tins. It could've been the high altitude above sea level...
I used to give new recipes to my sis to bake. If she could make it without a flop, I knew it was a flop proof recipe. If it did flop, I made sure to pay good attention to follow the recipe to the letter
