That's awesome! That's what you were gunning for. Those Hot Toys are the coolest toys that I've seen before. Now...who won the Stan Lee comic? Did you get his/her address? Do you know if he/she has a burglar alarm and/or rottweilers?

hahahahaha ja and to think i almost didnt get it cause they mixed up my lucky number with someone elses...but i insisted on number 23, cause thats the number i picked. :) Shame the guy who got was shaking when he realised what he got in his lucky packet. mind you i was also shaking.

how is the wacom treating you?

I envy the both of you, great prizes. That stuff is a comic book geek's dream. How was GeekFest in general?

The Wacom is great. Waiting for my Manga Studio key from the Wacom people, something to do with a problem code. It takes some practice to get usef to it, mainly because the way I draw is at a different angle than the pad is sittinh at. But I'm loving it, a very cool toy.

geek fest was awesome, saw so many cool things and wanted to buy so many cool things... there were people there making clock out of LP vinyls. i wanted to get an iron man but when i got back to the stall it was gone... i now need to get a display case for scarlet cause she is just too pretty to stay in her box!

ja im still struggling with mine a bit, mainly cause i dont draw as much as i used to so i get frustrated when i cant get thing right immediately. im busy practicing cursive writing to get my hand eye coordination in...

Those ArtFX Iron Man statues? Those are awesome. I'll check it out next year, we should all make a plan to check it out.

hahaha after i got the black widow hot toy i told the finace i now need to get the rest of the avengers to complete the set and his exact word were "if you think Oscar got away with murder watch me"

i also got the following comics in my lucky packet
1. The new 53 Futures End #1 Aquaman 3d comic
2.michael jackson tribute comic(had no clue there was even comics about him)
3. Fallen son the death of Captain America - Iron Man - Michael turner variant
4.the new 52 Batwoman, Kate Kane #52

Hehehe jeez...I have the same type of messages coming from this side. I would probably live in something resembling a comic book store if I was a single guy. Luckily for me, I have someone that keeps me in check.

So those comics are pretty cool. That Fallen Son might be a worth a pretty penny if the movies kill off Captain America, if it is a first printing. Variants are already worth a little more. Then the 3D comics are already going for R100-150. They won't really increase that much right now, but keep an eye on them.

Another thing I thought of today...I hardly ever speak about games on this forum. I mostly come here to shoot the shit with you guys and with my little cult there in the comic book thread.
